Refund policy
Last updated
You can get your payment back before your plan is activated. Once the plan is activated, there is no refund.
The rule
- Before activation: if you have paid for a plan and it has not been activated yet, you can ask for a full refund. It is sent back to the address your payment came from, minus the network fee for sending it.
- After activation: there is no refund. The plan runs for its 24-month term.
Activation is done by hand by the operator after checking your payment on the blockchain, and no turnaround time is published. If you have changed your mind, ask before the plan is activated.
How to ask for a refund
- Send a request through the support page. It is the only contact channel. If you are signed in, the request is linked to your account.
- Give the order ID and the transaction hash of your payment, so the operator can find it on the blockchain.
- Say that you want a refund of an order that has not been activated.
Refunds are sent by hand by the operator. No turnaround time is published. The refund goes to the address the payment was sent from. If you paid from an exchange or from a wallet you do not control, say so in your request before anything is sent, because a refund to an address you cannot use may be lost.
Wrong network, overpayment and underpayment
These cases are handled one by one, by hand, through the support page. The outcome depends on the case, so no fixed rule is published for them.
- Wrong network. A payment sent on a network other than the one shown at checkout may be impossible to recover. Tell support the transaction hash and the network you used.
- Overpayment. If you sent more than the amount shown, tell support the order ID and the transaction hash.
- Underpayment. If you sent less than the amount shown, the order may not be activated. Tell support the order ID and the transaction hash.
What a refund does not cover
- The network fee for sending the refund is deducted from it.
- Mining income being lower than you expected is not a reason for a refund. Mining income is variable, and you can get back less than you paid for a plan.
The full terms are on the terms page, and the risks are on the risk disclosure.
Who operates Minevana
Minevana has not published who operates it: no company name, registration details, country or address appears on this site. Because of that, this page names no governing law, court or jurisdiction. The only way to reach Minevana is the support page. If you are not comfortable buying from an operator who has not published those details, do not buy.
